A Playbook for New Ways of Working
A conversation between experts about the best new ways of working practices.
Hello folks 👋 I’m working on a New Ways of Working Playbook that I can’t wait to share! Pretty soon it will be available online, for free, to all. But first I’m seeking advice from four experts and one fabulous ‘boss’ who’s busy experimenting with new ways of working in their organisation.
These lovely, clever and fun humans have kindly agreed to feedback on my prototype/MVP/version one Playbook, and you’re invited! We’re having a circle discussion (my favourite practise!) to discuss the practises (or ‘plays’) that we feel are most helpful to new ways of working journeys. And after this, the audience will move into circles to discuss to share the practices that you’ll try in your own teams.

Invitation #2: Join the New Ways of Working online course
On 29 March the New Ways of Working online course will dive into common organisational challenges, what makes a great team, the mindset that progressive ways of working requires, feedback, and decision-making.
