📢 Announcing: The New Ways of Working Learning Pod
TLDR: join my new Learning Pod to regularly learn about and/or practice New Ways of Working with me and a bunch of others, for free! 😊
Up until this time last year, I hosted a New Ways of Working reading group for around three years and it was great!
The format was super simple: we’d show up online at 09.00 UK time on Wednesdays, share what we were reading (the choice was yours), then read in silence for 45 minutes, and close by sharing something we’d learnt.
You didn’t need to commit to joining every week, though there were lots of regulars and many of us got to know each other well. I realised this week that I missed it, so I’m going to try it again. This time with a slightly edited format to encourage experimentation as well as learning.

🧭 The Plan
09.00: We'll say hi and share what we're reading/listening to/watching AND/OR planning (5 min)
09.05: Read/listen/watch in silence AND/OR plan what you’ll try/experiment with in your team (45 mins)
09.50: Share what we learned AND/OR your New Ways of Working experiment plan (10 mins).
10.00: Close (though sometimes we’d hang out a little and continue conversations).
So alongside learning, there’s the option of putting our learning into practice by experimenting with New Ways of Working.
