My Favourite Experiments (part 1)
Thanks to my online course, I have a treasure trove of almost 800 New Ways of Working experiments tried and tested by participants in their teams over the years. Recently, I started selecting selecting my favourites to share with you.
Each experiment targets patterns found in progressive organisations and teams. In reviewing them, I’ve focused on experiments that are easy to implement, cost-free, time-efficient, widely applicable, and safe for small-scale trials.
