This is a genuine question… I have a hunch that the increasingly buzzy “systems thinking” and “systems change” are largely spoken about by folk who don’t quite grasp Complexity, and as such a trail of confusion is being left. That said, I should add that I am wrong A LOT! So I’m looking to challenge my own thinking here… What do you think?
Can you help me to understand “systems thinking” & specifically how it applies to New Ways of Working?
I am looking (as always) for accessible resources only - if Brain Cox can explain the universe to Joe Bloggs then systems boffins can explain “systems thinking” clearly to me and thee. So if you know of them then please send my way any articles, podcasts and videos that help us to understand how systems thinking is useful to New Ways of Working 🙏 ‘Cos I don’t want to write this stuff off if it is indeed useful. I’m just yet to see any evidence!
Apologies to the majority of subscribers who are (likely and understandably) not too interested in Systems Bullsh*t. Please accept my apology by way of this absolute tune 💃
