I’m looking for testers for my new, free New Ways of Working check-in tool.
The purpose of the tool is to help gauge which of the patterns found in progressive organisations need a little attention where you work.
That means checking in on meeting quality and some psychological safety indicators, decision-making style (top-down vs participatory), feedback culture (or lack of), level of clarity around roles, your team agreements, and the tensions and opportunities being felt by teams.
Does this sound like something that would be helpful to your team or organisation? If so, here it is, complete with instructions.
